Simple Slow Cooker Chili (Video Blog)

Simple Slow Cooker Chili

Servings: 8 (1 cup each)
Nutrition Per Serving: 350 calories, 33 carbs, 12 fat, 28 protein


1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can  (16 oz.) no-salt added tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz.) dark red kidney beans, rinsed
1 can  (15 oz.) light red kidney beans, rinsed
1 jar mild salsa
1 jar corn
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. curry powder

1. Brown meat; drain. Add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients; stir. Cover with lid.
2. Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
3. Stir just before serving. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese and/or sour cream if desired.
