It's been a few days since I have blogged because I haven't been in the best of moods. I let the stress of the holidays and work get to me, and I ate... a lot. I have this habit of self sabotaging right before the holidays. I was half tempted to just call it a year and give up on my goal to reach 235 lbs by January 1st. After thinking about it more, I decided that I wouldn't give up just yet. I am keeping in mind the work that will need to be done in order to reach my goal now, and I am still up for the challenge.
I have had a very stressful morning here at work, and I am counting on the gym tonight to help me work through it!
