Big Bridesmaid Challenge Update - Week 1


The Plan:

I'm going to set weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

Current Weight: 243 lbs. (-2 lbs)

Total Loss: 2 lbs.
Goal Weight: 200 lbs.
Goal Date: 8/11/12
Pounds to Goal: 43 lbs.

Dinner Plan for the week:

Monday: One Pan Italian Pasta

Tuesday: Chicken Stir Fry w/ Rice
Wednesday: Meatloaf w/ Green Beans
Thursday: Baked Chicken w/ Corn
Friday: Shrimp w/ Rice
Satuday: Slow Cooker Chili

Exercise Plan for the week:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Gym
Tuesday: Wii Fit
Wednesday: Gym
Thursday: Wii Fit
Friday: Gym
Saturday: Rest

Two pounds down already (my body is getting rid of the water weight, quick!), and I am feeling good! I have both Monday and Tuesday off from work this week. I am really going to enjoy this time off! My plan for tomorrow is to get some cleaning/organizing done around the house, go grocery shopping, return some DVD's and work out at the gym. Make it a great week, everyone!
