Big Bridesmaid Challenge

After an absolutely horrible experience at the dress shop two nights ago (that blog can be found by clicking HERE), I have been motivated to make a new challenge for myself. I was asked by one of my best friends to be a bridesmaid in her wedding and I was to lose weight and feel better about myself before that day comes.

My main goal right now is to lose 45 pounds, feel better in my bridesmaid dress, and weigh in at 200 lbs by August 11, 2012.


The Dress:

This dress is the one that the bride and I agreed on last night. The initial dress that I tried on two days ago did not look as good. The dress will be ordered in a champagne color, in a size 24.


The Plan:

I'm going to set weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11, 2012.


Terms and Conditions:
~ Weigh-in's will be every Sunday morning
~ Dinner plans are to be posted for each week
~ Exercise plans are to be posted for each week


Weekly Weigh-Ins:

Date: 1/11/12
Current Weight: 245.4 lbs
Goal Weight: 200 lbs.


Dinner Plan for the (remainder of the) week:

Thursday: Pineapple Pork over Rice
Friday: Salsa Con Queso Chicken
Saturday: Shrimp with Rice and Broccoli


Exercise Plan for the (remainder of the) week:

Thursday: Wii Fit
Friday: Gym
Saturday: Wii Fit
