Fresh is so much better

I have been craving fresh veggies for weeks! I'm pretty happy that my craving is for healthy foods! Here's what I made for lunch yesterday:

















It was simple, quick, healthy and DELICIOUS! I am really proud of myself for throwing this together. It's honestly my new favorite meal!

While cooking the fresh vegetables, I added one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. I seasoned the vegetables with fresh ground pepper (it really makes a difference!) and garlic salt. It was amazing! No more frozen stir frys for me! Fresh is SO much better!
