The Plan:

I'm going to set weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

Recap from the Week:

I am happy to be down a pound this week. Especially after the night that I had! I went out with some friends last night and was suffering from the brown bottle flu all morning and early afternoon. I'm feeling much better right now. Mostly, I'm feeling better thanks to my grandma's homemade beef vegetable soup. My husband was visiting my grandparents this morning, and as a joke I told him to ask her to make me some chicken noodle soup since I wasn't feeling well. Much to my surprise, she did send him home with soup! Grandma's soup is comfort food at it's finest!
