I'm setting weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

Saturday: Birthday Dinner with Mom

Last week (and this weekend) I felt pretty defeated. My self control was no where to be found. After eating so poorly, I am craving a healthier diet. I feel good this morning and I am determined to follow my exercise and dinner plan for the week. It is week 20 in my Big Bridesmaid Challenge and even though I haven't been taking it as seriously as I should have been, I still have time to change that! I am going to do my best this week. I am worth it!
