I'm setting weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

Exercise Plan for the Week:
This weekend, my husband and I went on a date. We went to dinner and then the movies. I am a little embarassed to say that this would only be our 3rd date as a part of my 25 by 25 list. We do go on more dates than this, really, I just haven't been very good at blogging about them.

I only have 9 more weeks to go in my Big Bridesmaid Challenge. I can't believe it! Even though I haven't lost as much weight as I wish I would have thus far, I am happy to have lost the weight that I have. 12.8 pounds gone in 21 weeks really is something! I need to remind myself of that. Sometimes I don't feel as if my weight loss counts as much since I have seemed to have lost a little, gained a little, then lost a little again thoughout the past 21 weeks. It doesn't make sense that I feel this way. At the end of the day, I am still 12.8 pounds lighter than when I started and I plan to be even lighter 9 weeks from now.
