Big Bridesmaid Challenge Update - Week 24

The Plan:

I'm setting weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

The Terms and Conditions:

~ Weigh-in's will be every Sunday morning
~ Dinner plans are to be posted for each week
~ Exercise plans are to be posted for each week

Weekly Weigh-In:

Start Date: 1/11/12
Starting Weight: 245 lbs.
Current Date: 6/24/12
Current Weight: 234 lbs (+/- 0 lbs from last week)
Total Loss: 11 lbs.
*NEW* Goal Weight: 220 lbs.
Goal Date: 8/11/12
Pounds to Goal: 14 lbs.

Dinner Plan for the Week:

Monday: Chicken Enchiladas
Tuesday: Skillet White Beans, Spinach and Tomoatoes over Linguine
Wednesday: Buffalo Chicken Salad
Thursday: Fish with Rice and Broccoli
Friday: Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas
Saturday: Date night

Exercise Plan for the Week:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Workout
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Workout
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Workout

Not too much longer until my friend's big day and my debut as bridesmaid! Considering that there are only about 6 more weeks left until my Big Bridesmaid Challenge ends, I have decided to re-evaluate and amend my goal weight for the wedding. My new goal weight is 220 lbs. There is no sense in shooting for an impossible goal of 200 lbs. as it doesn't motivate me to continue onward. Having an attainable goal in sight, however, does encourage me to keep pushing forward!
