I'm setting weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

Saturday: Fish with Rice and Broccoli

I will first start by saying that I tried the chocolate chip cookie dough lara bar this past week, and it was amazing! My husband tried the pecan pie bar and that was pretty yummy, too! Who knew larabar's were so delicious and nutritious? Okay, the rhyming ends here. ;)

I'm thankful for another week! Another fresh start! I may have gained 2 pounds since last week, but I'm not giving up. I am pressing on!
I recommend the peanut chocolate Lara bar. Amazing! I use it as a treat after I go to the gym.
