November Cruise Challenge

I'm really excited to start a new challenge, today! Challenges keep things fun and fresh for me. In only 6 short weeks, I will be going on a cruise to the Bahamas. We wil be visiting Nassau, Freeport and Half Moon Cay. We are going on this cruise as a celebration for being married for three years. During our honeymoon, we also visited Nassau and Half Moon Cay. It will be great to go back there, in November. This time, we will be cruising and visiting the islands with another couple of friends!

My new challenge is called "November Cruise Challenge". I am going to do things a little differently with this challenge. I am going to keep my goal weight open-ended. The goal is to lose as much weight as I can before we leave for our cruise on November 9th.

I love to plan ahead. I feel a great sense of achievement when I make a plan and stick to it! So, for this challenge, I will continue to plan weekly work outs and dinner plans.

Work Out Schedule:

Sunday - Rest
Monday - Gym
Tuesday - Wii Fit
Wednesday - Gym
Thursday - Gym
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Rest

Dinner Plan:

Sunday: Ham and Potato Soup
Monday: Calzones
Tuesday: Sausage w/ Peppers and Onions
Wednesday: Shrimp with Veggies and Rice
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Date Night
Saturday: Baked Potato Soup

Today's weigh-in: 237 (3 pounds down from last week!)
