If you've got a cold like me though, you may want to stay indoors until you are feeling better. Especially if you have any illness effecting your lungs! What started as a dry annoying cough a couple days ago has progressed slightly to constant burning in my lungs. I have been taking medicine and have been trying to hydrate often. Cough drops have been my very best friend these past couple days. I am hoping to beat this thing before the weekend is over. It is suppose to warm up today and tomorrow; which would be great for an outdoor run. I am crossing my fingers for an opportunity to run outside this weekend, but know better than to push myself too much when I am sick.

What are you plans for the weekend?
- Aside from resting to get over my cold, I have a birthday party for my little brother to attend on Saturday. He is turning 3 years old.

  1. Oh No Kay... I hope you got your flu shot this year. The influenza is very high where I live. Stay hydrated...rest your body...chicken noodle soup! Happy Birthday to your little brother...hope there are pics on Monday. :)
