Not Ditching My Date

So, I am pretty excited to say that I saw 232 lbs. on the scale this morning! I haven't seen that low of a number since July of last year. Only a couple more pounds and I'll be out of the 230's for good!

Last night, I went to my sisters last basketball game for the season. I was only able to attend one other game this season. It seems like I'm a bad luck charm for them because whenever I go, they lose. That still didn't keep me and my little brother from cheering my sister on with a sign!


I didn't get home until 8:30 last night and I was beyond hungry for dinner at that point. I quickly took out the George Foreman grill and made some tuna melts with pepper jack cheese. I only ate one and put the rest in the freezer for lunches. I actually had one for lunch today with my soup and it was really good!

For dinner tonight, we are making our favorite calzones! I am planning on going to the gym with my husband before dinner. To be honest, I really don't feel like going to the gym tonight. My "aunt flow" decided to visit this morning and the cramps are killer. Besides, I don't know what I was thinking planning a gym session on a Friday night. All I want to do is go home, eat dinner and relax after a long week. With that being said, I'm not going to let anything get the best of me. I am determined to stick with it! I've never regretted a workout but I almost always regret when I don't.

Gym, I hope you're ready for me because I am not backing out on our date!
