We're Expecting!

We're expecting a new addition to our family!

Due date: 03/19/13
We went to Sears and made the "big purchase" on Saturday night. It's now official; our very own NordicTrack T5.5 Treadmill will be arriving on March 19, 2013! I am highly anticipating it's arrival. Even though I cannot wait to start running on our new treadmill, I am glad that we have a few days figure out which spare bedroom this new baby is going in!

I've been having a lot of my "green love" smoothies lately, including one for breakfast this morning. I made the peanut butter banana and it was amazing, as usual. Has anyone tried one of these, yet?

Somebody had asked me recently where I buy my produce. I buy my produce at Giant Eagle. It's a somewhat local grocery store in that I believe it is only located in north west Pennsylvania. They have great produce and I've never been disappointed!

My husband is actually going to be taking my grocery list to Giant Eagle this afternoon. We are going to be eating dinner at my mother-in-laws tonight. My mother-in-law is making Chicken Quesadillas for dinner (YUM!) and we will be bringing a salad. I'll be making a lot of salad this week, actually. My full dinner plan for the week is as follows:

M – Chicken Quesadilla and Salad
T – Turkey Sausage Gnocchi Soup
W – Salad
T – Salad and Pizza
F – Pierogies with Onions
S – Salad

I will be having salad for dinner on Wednesday by myself while my husband is at night class. A couple of my friends are coming over to my house for dinner on Thursday so I will be making some salad for that. We are also going to visit a friend on Saturday and I plan to bring a salad there, too. Salads are easy and healthy. Salad will be how I stay on track this week!

    Have you ever tried PB2 in your smoothie? It's powdered peanut butter - 45 calories for 2 tablespoons & super delicious!

  2. Hey! I just came across your blog and like you, I have PCOS and am losing weight. I also have hypoglycemia which is probably because of PCOS, or vice versa. It's hard, but it's possible! And very important since we're at increased risk of disease. Great job with your weight loss so far, keep it up!
