Planning Ahead Helps

It’s the last day of September, already? I can’t believe it!

September was a great month for me! I finally reached my goal of getting out of the 230’s, and managed to accomplish all of the other goals that I set for myself, too! I will give a full run down on that, tomorrow!


Today, I want to post my plans for the week. This always helps me to stay on track.

Dinner plans for the week:

Monday – Chicken Salads
Tuesday – Shrimp Linguine with Vegetables
Wednesday – Chicken Salads
Thursday – Chicken Salads
Friday – Football Game (hot dogs and hot chocolate)
Saturday – Cystic Fibrosis Benefit

Exercise plans for the week:

Monday – Run
Tuesday – Walk with dogs
Wednesday – Run
Thursday – Run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Run


Who else needs to plan ahead to stay on track, out there?

  1. You are so good at planning your meals ahead. I sort of/kind of get an idea of dinner meals, but between the crazy schedules and picky eating habits .... arrrggg! I feel like I'm simply making "leftovers" half the time.
