Healthy Habits e-Course

It's happening again. I think that I am getting sick.

I was sick for just about all of October and most of November. I thought that I was going to get through December without getting sick, but I don't think that I'm going to be so lucky. My current strategy to avoid getting sick is to just ignore the symptoms I've been experiencing all weekend.

I can't believe that tomorrow is Christmas Eve. I have to work tomorrow, and then we're going to my grandma's and then my in-laws for gift exchanges. These next couple of days are going to be fun, fun, fun!

After Christmas, I am going to start thinking about my goals for next year. December has been a nice break for me, but I need to get back to some structure/routine and back to losing weight, soon. The new year will be the perfect time to get back on track!
