Playing Catch-Up

Last night, I played catch-up with my workouts.



Post-workout happy sweat face.

This week’s workout plan was suppose to go a little something like this:

Sunday – Zumba
Monday – Run 1 mile/Walk 1 mile
Tuesday – Calisthenics
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – Run 1 mile/Walk 1 mile
Friday – Calisthenics
Saturday – Run 1 mile/Walk 1 mile

Now it's going to go a little something like this:

Sunday - Rest
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Zumba, Run 1 mile/Walk 1 mile, Calisthenics
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Calisthenics, Run 1 mile/Walk 1 mile
Saturday - Run 1 mile/Walk 1 mile

Since I failed to do any sort of workouts on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, I decided to make up for it all last night.


1 mile run/1 mile walk - followed by calisthenics

Three days of workouts crammed into one long, super sweaty workout = dedication. (Sorry for the unattractive iPhone pictures - my other camera only works half the time, now.)

I'm proud of myself for making up for missed workouts. That's not something I've done in the past, but it's a good habit to get in to. Doing it all at once is a lot of work. It will definitely make me think twice about missing another workout in the future!
