Last night, I played catch-up with my

This week’s workout plan was suppose to go a little something like this:

Since I failed to do any sort of workouts on
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, I decided to make up for it all last night.
Three days of workouts crammed into one long, super sweaty workout = dedication. (Sorry for the unattractive iPhone pictures - my other camera only works half the time, now.)
I'm proud of myself for making up for missed workouts. That's not something I've done in the past, but it's a good habit to get in to. Doing it all at once is a lot of work. It will definitely make me think twice about missing another workout in the future!
How are your workouts going this week?
