You Name it I ate it

I haven't been blogging much this week.

The honest reason is that I haven't felt like it. I don't really feel great about myself right now. I haven't been exercising this week and I haven't been tracking calories. I've actually been binge eating this week. Cookie parties, pizza parties... you name it, I ate it.

I can definitely feel the affects of eating poorly and not exercising. My mood hasn't been the greatest, and I just feel crummy. The last thing I want to do is spread my bad mood on to you. So, I will share with you some quotes, instead.

I'm not beat, and I'm not going to give up. I'm just knocked down right now and I will pick myself back up!
