My dinner and exercise plans for the week ahead are as follows.
Dinner plans:
S - Mindy's Turkey Chili (done!)
M - Cheese Pizza with salad
T - Pork tenderloins with sweet potato fries and broccoli
W - Turkey burger with salad
T - Turkey burger with salad
F - Seafood feast with friends
S - Out to eat for friends birthday
Exercise plans for the week:
S - Rest
M - Strength
T - Cardio
W - Strength
T - Cardio
F - Strength
S - Cardio
Yesterday, I had my in-laws over for dinner. I made my personal favorite chili recipe, "Mindy's Turkey Chili", and I heard some good reviews from my family!
What's your favorite kind of chili? Turkey, beef, chicken?
I'm not a big fan of red meat so it's turkey chili all the way!

ReplyDeleteIn chili, I like turkey or chicken, because you can't really taste the meat anyway! :)
