I packed an awesome salad with hard boiled eggs and raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing for lunch. It was delicious and I feel great about my choice.
For dinner tonight, my husband and I are making homemade pizza.
I'd love to say that I made it through this week without eating out more than once (as per my April Challenge), but I didn't. Yesterday, as I was visiting my brother in the hospital, I ate at the cafeteria for dinner. That would make it my second time eating out. Oh well. Week one was not successful, but I have three more weeks to work on this goal!
I'm in the mood to make new recipes this weekend! I feel like I've fallen in a rut these past few weeks months, where I've been making the same meals over and over again. I would love to make a new soup, or even a pie. I am going to be scanning pinterest for some good ideas.
What's a new recipe that you've tried lately? Do you have any good ideas for me?
