Yesterday started the second week of my March Challenge. For more information on that, you can click here. As part of that challenge, I made it a goal to take and post pictures of each of my meals this week.
Why take pictures of my meals and post them for all to see? That answer is easy; for accountability. If I know that I have to post pictures of my meals, I am automatically having to put more thought into what I'm eating. It helps make me want to make better choices.

My mom brought over Girl Scout Cookies for us yesterday. It was a nice treat, and I used them as my snacks. Not the healthiest option, but since I was able to manage a decent number of total calories for the day, it's all good.
That's what I love about living a healthy lifestyle. It's not about dieting. Ever since I dropped 40 pounds from making healthier choices, without dieting, I vowed to swear off dieting forever. There are no foods that are "off limits". Moderation is key! That's my motto, and hopefully you'll see more of that in the pictures I post this week.
What's your favorite Girl Scout Cookie? I really like Tagalongs, myself.
