March 2015 Challenge: Week One

We've made it to March, my friends, and March is the month when Spring begins. Can I get an Amen?

This is the first month since giving birth to Piper that I am completely mobile, cleared for light exercise, and ready to reach some goals! Hallelujah!

What goals, you ask? Well, that rap goes a little something like this:



- Post weekly dinner plans
- Post a new goal for each week
- Post weekly weight stats

Dinner Plans: 3/1 - 3/7

Sunday: Hearty Lasagna
Monday: Shrimp with Stir Fry Vegetables
Tuesday: Chicken Salad
Wednesday: Pork Chops with Potatoes and Veggies
Thursday: Turkey Meatloaf with Potatoes and Veggies
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Saturday: Sausage and Potato Soup with Kale

This Week's Goal: 

Drink 120 ounces of water per day

Weight Stats:

Week One Weigh-In: 233 lbs.




I'm ready to make this a great week, and a great month!

  3. Good luck with your March goals, it must feel great to be able to get back to exercising! I wish I could drink that much water in a day...it's tough!
