March 2015 Challenge: Week Three

We're on to the third week of my March Challenge, but first, a recap of the second!

March Challenge

- Post weekly dinner plans
- Post a new goal for each week
- Post weekly weight stats

My goal for the second week of March was to post pictures of my meals, daily. I shared my reason for making this my goal for the week in my post from last Monday. All of my posts with meal photos from last week are below:

Wednesday - Dreaded Tuesdays
Thursday - The Story of Yesterday
Friday - Did not post pictures.
Saturday - Did not post pictures.

I didn't take pictures of my meals to post on Friday and Saturday. I did, however, share my SnapFit Review and Giveaway on Friday and my Baseline Measurements with you on Saturday!

I'm happy with the progress I made last week and I look forward to the week ahead! Here are my plans for this week:

Dinner Plans: 3/15 - 3/21

Sunday: Hearty Lasagna
Monday: Tuna Melts
Tuesday: Chicken Salad
Wednesday: Pork Chops with Potatoes and Veggies
Thursday: Homemade Pizza
Friday: Chicken Cordon Bleu with Veggies
Saturday: Deer Steak with Potatoes and Veggies

This Week's Goal: 

Work out for thirty minutes, three times this week.

Weight Stats:





Week One Weigh-In: 233 lbs.
Week Two Weigh-In: 232.8 lbs.
Week Three Weigh-In: 229.8 lbs.

If you checked out all of my meal posts from last week, you may be surprised to see that I lost 3 pounds despite all of the cookies I had to eat. It's a little thing I call the Cookie Diet. (I'm not entirely serious, of course. I'll show you what I mean in a post dedicated to the cookie diet, tomorrow.)

I'm really excited for my new goal of working out for thirty minutes, three times this week! What are your goals for the week?
