Piper's First Stroller Ride

Finally! It was 65 degrees on a weekend. My husband and I have been waiting for a day like this! We have been dreaming of taking our daughter, Piper, for a ride in her stroller ever since my dad gifted it to us at my baby shower last fall.

Yesterday, Piper got to go for a ride in her stroller for the first time! It was definitely a ride to remember. When I was a little girl, I had this dream of having a family of my own one day; a family that went on walks together. When I would see other families out for walks, I remember, I couldn't wait to be the mommy pushing that stroller. Now that my time is finally here, I have to tell you, being Piper's mommy is a complete dream come true!

My husband and I spent a majority of our Sunday outside. We went for a long hour and a half walk around our local park. Piper slept for most of the walk, so the two of us spent that time talking, laughing, and dreaming together of a future filled with many more family walks to come.

After we were finished at the park, we had an impromptu picnic by a local lake. We picked up a quick lunch for ourselves and fed Piper her bottle while sitting on a bench by the water. It was so peaceful!

When we finished at the lake, we took Piper shopping with us. She slept through the shopping trip but woke right up as we finished our day of adventure at my grandparents house. My grandparents absolutely love when we visit them with Piper. They only live a minute away from our house, and my grandma is retired, so I know they will be seeing a lot of Piper this summer!

  2. If you are into exercising, you are most likely much better off purchasing two separate strollers, 1 for daily use and 1 for jogging or running.

What it boils down to is the functions that you'll need on a regular basis. Security functions go without saying but some parents need more storage in their strollers where as some parents rather have a lighter weight stroller that is easy to store. It might help to write down the features you're looking for in a stroller and then researching particular brands to see which one fits your needs greatest.check it out
