May 2015 Challenge

Happy first day of May!

May, wow. Finally! It has got to start getting warmer out now that it's May, right? This Spring has been off to a rocky start in our neck of the woods.

I am looking forward to some warm weather! I want to start taking Piper for walks at our local park during our days together. Being a stay-at-home mom is about to get even more wonderful once this weather breaks. Outside activities, here we come!

I have a weight loss goal that I am serious about reaching. I want to reach 225 lbs. by the end of May. I am going to do a few things to reach this goal.

1. Drink 120 oz. of water each day.
2. Exercise 3 times a week, and make each workout count.
3. Track my food intake; make healthier decisions.
4. Eat all meals at home at least 5 days a week.
