Lose 5 lbs.
- This summer, I gained 12 pounds. I went from 233 lbs. to 245 lbs. fairly quickly. In August, I lost 7 pounds of the summer weight gain, and I am going to work on losing the other 5 pounds of that gain in September.

Week One Weigh-In:
I'm up .8 lbs. right now, and with the week I had last week, it's no wonder I'm not up more. I haven't been keeping a food journal or going with any sort of dinner and workout plans. That's going to change right now, though! It may be Wednesday, but that's no reason not to start getting back on track today.
Dinner Meal Plans:
Wednesday: Chicken Stir Fry
Thursday: Sausage with collared greens, mushrooms and onions
Friday: Chicken Salads
Saturday: Homemade Pizza
