My little, 20-month-old Piper Grace starts swim lessons this evening and we are so excited! Last night my husband jokingly said, "we have to get to bed early tonight, for the big swim meet tomorrow". He said that he's been thinking about this first class since we signed Piper up for swim lessons last Tuesday. I swear I've been thinking of Piper's first swim lessons since before she was even born. I can't believe it's already time for lessons! We are so excited! I can't wait to share how it all goes.
As for today, I have a quick fun post for you. I decided I'd share a few things that I'm loving lately.
1. Candles, specifically my new Fresh Coconut Milk scent from Home Goods.
Usually by now, I'd be burning down the wick of some fall-scented candles, but I just can't get enough of this new scent! I found this Coconut Milk candle at Home Goods this past weekend when I went shopping with a friend and it's already a quarter of the way gone. My house has smelled amazing!
2. My (yard sale) Purse.
This summer, I hit a couple yard sales and one of my favorite finds was this brown purse for $1.50. Not only was it a bargain, but it just has all the right pockets for my life right now. I can fit my business orders in the back and it seems to have a pocket for just about everything. I am just in love with a bag that can do it all right now. Plus, it's brown, and it just looks fall-like, so I'm all about that.
3. "Our Week Ahead" Dry Erase Board from Home Goods.
I just don't know what I did before I found this awesome dry erase board from Home Goods last month. Don't get me wrong, I love my Emily Ley planner and still use it every day, but I really enjoy having a snapshot of the most important items of the day right in front of me. I hung this cutie right above my desk and it's in perfect view from the living room, dining room and kitchen.
4. Happy Place Notebook from The Christmas Tree Shops.
I have a thing for cute notebooks. This one is so darling, I had a hard time writing anything in it at first. I finally got around to putting my Fall Bucket List in it and a few business goals.
5. Fall Flower Arrangements.
No explanation needed.
Piper is down for a nap now, and so I am going to get some cleaning done and start packing her swim bag for tonight.
What are some things you're loving lately?
