Meal Prepping Together

How does the saying go? "A couple that meal preps together loses weight together"? Okay, I just made that up but, I'm hoping it becomes true!

This past Sunday, my husband and I spent many hours in the kitchen meal prepping for a healthy week ahead. Not only did we meal prep meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner; we also snack prepped, which I believe is just as important!

Below is a list of some of the things we prepped ahead for the week.

Breakfast prep:
Breakfast Egg Salad

Lunch prep:
Chicken Salad
Seafood Salad
Italian Pinwheels
Chopped Lettuce

Dinner prep:
Stir fry vegetables


Chili

Stir fry vegetables

Snack prep:
Grapes
Strawberries
Block Cheese


By meal and snack prepping on Sunday, it is going to save us time throughout our busy work-week and also eliminate any excuse of making healthy food {because most of the work is already done}.
