3 Things from Whole Foods

After finding my new health-obsession this past week {see: Darin Olien and SuperLife}, I have been learning so many new things! Reading a few of Darin's posts on SuperLife motivated me to check out our local Whole Foods store the other night before visiting my mom at the hospital.

Here are the three things that I grabbed while at Whole Foods to help improve our daily diet:

2) Chia Seeds - After seeing a tip from Darin, we soaked our Chia seeds overnight. We plan on adding the soaked seeds to our smoothies this weekend! Check out the benefits of soaking your Chia Seeds in a post from Darin, here: "What Happens to Chia Seeds Soaked in Water?"
