Foodie Friday: Veggie Wrap

Question: How do you all feel about veggie wraps for lunch? At first, I was a little skeptical on whether or not a veggie wrap would keep me full enough to be considered a meal but, come to find, anything can be quite filling if you add enough veggies to the mix.

Here's the story on this veggie wrap. One busy day, not too long ago, I threw together a veggie wrap for lunch and I fell in love, and lived happily ever after.

I don't know what made this veggie wrap taste so good to me but, ever since I threw these ingredients together, I have been addicted and have been keeping my veggies prepped in the fridge for easy assembly when the craving hits {which happens almost every day}.

Below is a list of everything that you'll need to make this bomb veggie wrap.

Ingredients:

1, Flatout Flatbread {100 calories}
2 tbsp, Classic Hummus
1 handful, Lettuce {I used a mix}
3, Grape Tomatoes
1, Sprinkle Red Onions, thinly sliced
2-3, Mini Bell Peppers, diced
1/2, Jalapeno, diced

Serves: 1 | Nutrition: 210 calories, 32 carbs, 7 fat, 13 protein

Assembly is easy, I just spread the hummus on the flatbread then topped it with everything else listed above. Then, it's time to roll that baby up and dig in. This mix of ingredients was so fresh and satisfying. I can't get enough of it lately. Let me know if you try it, too!
