Just Get Back on Track

Happy Monday, everyone!

If you watched my latest YouTube video, then you know that I am working on getting back on track. 

This weekend, I went grocery shopping and took some time to make a meal plan for the week ahead. Here's what I came up with:

10/9/17 - 10/13/17

Breakfast options:
Smoothies -OR- Hard Boiled Egg with Turkey Bacon

Lunch options:
Salad -OR- Sandwich

Dinner menu:
Monday: Chicken Cordon Bleu + Brussels Sprouts
Tuesday: Tilapia + Broccoli + Rice
Wednesday: Ground Turkey + Brussels Sprout Skillet
Thursday: Spaghetti Squash + Meatballs
Friday: Date Night

I am also trying to focus on reaching my water goal every day this week, Monday - Friday. My water goal for the week to is fill my water bottle 4 times a day, which would get me to around 120 ounces of water daily.
