This Never Happens Anymore

Hey guys! Here I am, writing and sharing a blog post on the weekend. This never happens anymore but, as I was making my meal plan and grocery list, I figured, I might as well share it with you all here. 

So, here's what I'm thinking for the week ahead:

Meal Plan for Dinners:

Sunday - Leftover Chicken Tortilla Soup

Monday - Fish + Broccoli

Tuesday - {Halloween!} Take-out Pizza

Wednesday - Spaghetti Squash + Meatballs

Thursday - Melt in Your Mouth Chicken + Vegetables

Friday - Burrito Bowls

Meal Plan's Grocery List:

{Chicken Tortilla Soup Ingredients}
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
2 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup salsa (chunky)
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
Spaghetti Squash
Spaghetti Sauce

{Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Ingredients}
12 oz. Greek Yogurt, plain 
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan and Romano 
4 - 4 oz. Chicken Breasts 
2 tbsp. Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Mix
Sour Cream
Cheddar Cheese
Black Beans, canned

It's a cold, rainy Fall day here. I am looking forward to getting groceries shopped for and soup heated up on the stove. We have a sick, cuddly toddler on our hands this weekend and we are planning on a cozy Saturday night in!

  1. That melt in your mouth chicken sounds yummy.I might just have to try this. Thanks for sharing. I need to make out a plan like this. I know I sound like I am giving excuses and i guess in a way I am but it is so hard to make meal plans with 3 grown men in your house and 2 off them special needs and picky eaters.
