YMCA

Just this week, my husband and I made the decision to join our local YMCA. We have never been Y members before this week and honestly, I wish I would have joined sooner.

Our local YMCA has so many benefits for our family! Not only does the Y provide multiple locations for us to work out with their gym equipment, but, they also provide "child watch" while we work out, too! Piper, my two year old, has already gone to child watch twice this week, each for an hour at a time, and both times she didn't want to leave when it was time to go -- she enjoyed it that much! This mama was so relieved.

Aside from gaining access to workout equipment and their child watch services, we also have the opportunity to sign Piper up for various classes and programs, which is included in our monthly membership fee!

I just signed Piper up for two Fall programs this week! The cost for non-members is $50 per program and since we are members, Piper gets to attended these classes for free!
Tiny Tumblers Class: Sing, dance, tumble and giggle. Games and songs will teach your preschooler new ways to move. All activities geared for parents and preschoolers to do together.
Y Music Fun: A time to march, beat the drums and sing. A fun program with parent/child interaction. Exposure to a variety of instruments and styles of music. Let's learn the beat and we might even sing.
Becoming a member of our local YMCA is opening the door to a whole new community for our family. We couldn't be more excited about our new YMCA membership and all the fun things ahead for us there!

This isn't a sponsored post or anything like that, I am just sharing all of this today because I wished I would have looked into all of this sooner. It is really affordable and so worth looking into!

Readers, are you or have you ever been a member of a YMCA?
