February Goals

Water

Ever since the diet bet ended on Monday, I noticed that I haven't been drinking as much water. This month, I want to try to aim for 120 oz. per day, at least 5 times a week.

Nutrition

As always, my goal is to stay within my calorie range per Sparkpeople. Right now, I am working with a calorie range of 1,570-1,920. As I lose more weight, I am sure that number will change. Regardless, I would like to stay within my caloric range at least 5 times a week.

Exercise

My gym goal for the month of February is to go the gym 8 times this month. I figured that would make an average of twice a week. If you have been following my new Instagram account {GoalOfLosing100}, then you know that I finally went back to the gym after a couple months away and, I'm loving it!


Sleep

I feel like once you become a parent, this goal is always somewhat of a joke but, yes. I would like to try to get more sleep... one day. Hah. Really, though... I would like to try be in bed by 10 p.m. during week nights this month.


Weight

I lost 10 pounds last month... wow! Since I had such a big loss, I would like to keep some of that momentum going.

My aggressive goal would be to lose 8 lbs. this month (bringing me down to 230 lbs). My more mild weight-loss goal is to lose 5 pounds (bringing me down to 233 lbs.) and, my fail-safe would be to, at the very least, maintain my January loss (238 lbs).
