Weekly Weigh-In #3 - March 2018

Hey guys! Happy Monday.

I had to share that picture from the weekend because, it just cracks me up. Three-year-old's are kind of hilarious.

I am coming out of the weekend feeling bloated from eating too much salt and not drinking enough water. Today's goal, first and foremost, is to reach my water goal for the first time in days and days and days. I know that will help me get rid of the inflammation I'm feeling.

Last Thursday, I weighed in at 240.8 lbs. It wasn't much of a drop from the week prior but, regardless, I want to maintain that drop for this coming Thursday's weigh-in or, better yet, get even lower. 

As I mentioned in the beginning of the month, I am trying to focus more on my habits rather than the weight so, I don't have any specific weight-loss goal this month; just a goal to lose some sort of weight while living more often in my healthy habits.

Last week, I wasn't living in my healthy habits much at all. While I hit the gym 3 times last week, I wasn't drinking the amount of water I needed to stay hydrated, I was staying up way too late and, I wasn't keeping track of my calories daily. This week, I'm going to work on bringing all of those habits back to front and center of my focus.

  1. Me too! I missed a few days on the elliptical last week and I can tell. I'm also going to add some hand weights and floor exercise this week. No more excuses for me. I have lost 8 pounds since February 1st. Need to add to that. Good luck to you! Debi ��������
