June 2018 Goals

Happy June, everyone! Are you ready for a fresh start? Well, today is the day - even if it's a Friday!

I love to make goals for each month. It keeps my weight-loss journey feeling fresh! This month, I am going to work toward 3 main goals.

1. Drink 120 oz. of water, 5 days a week

2. Visit the Gym 10x this month

3. Track nutrition daily, 5x per week

Now that it's June, I can feel time speeding up quite a bit. The closer it gets to summer, the more busy we seem to be getting. 

This week went especially fast for us! We found out some very exciting news earlier in the week that I hope to be sharing with you in a post, soon. It's a big change for us and we're really excited! We have an appointment this afternoon and then hopefully we'll have some exciting news to share with you all sometime next week! See you then! Have a great weekend, everyone!
