My baby is officially 8 weeks old and I'm starting to get to the point of my postpartum season where I feel a natural desire to start shifting my focus to taking care of my family AND MYSELF, again. Planning out healthy dinners is one of the ways that I do that for us all. (I mean, my family wasn't complaining during that one week when we had a stack of take-out pizza boxes in the burn pile but, my body wasn't too happy with it.)
If you're looking to start fresh in February, take this post as a reminder that now is the perfect time to work on a meal plan for the first week of the new month coming our way on Monday! Here's a look into our dinner meal plan to help you out with some ideas for your own.
Saturday, Jan 30th: Take-Out! Bang Bang Wings + Salad
Sunday, Jan 31st: Lasagna Soup
Monday, Feb 1st: Creamy Salmon + Broccoli + Penne
Tuesday, Feb 2nd: Slow Mexi Chicken + Rice
Wednesday, Feb 3rd: Spaghetti Squash + Meatballs + Rolls
Thursday, Feb 4th: Pizza Night w/ Cauliflower Wings
Friday, Feb 5th: Leftovers / Burrito Bowls
As I mentioned earlier in the week, I'm going to try to start working back up to my regular schedule of posting on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. Since I spent most of last year being pregnant and then welcomed baby #2 into our family, I haven't been on that regular posting schedule in quite a while. For those of you who have hung in there with me over this past year of irregular posting, you are the real MVP's and I love you and your support. Thank you!
