Since I had a day off, I snapped pictures of everything that I ate yesterday:
Three eggs with a little shredded cheddar melted throughout.
Turkey sandwich.
Caesar salad. Large! Love my salads these days!
Some cereal as a snack.
Lemon Pepper Chicken and corn for dinner. A little bit different than what was planned, but very good!
Hot chocolate and peanut butter toast for an evening snack!
I must admit that I didn't make it to the gym on Monday or Tuesday, mostly because of the snow storm that we got. The rest of the reason, as poor as it is, was because I still in "vacation mode". I'm actually happy to be back to work today, because I'm back to my routine and I just do so much better with routine!
