Big Bridesmaid Challenge Update - Week 2

The Plan:

I'm going to set weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

The Terms and Conditions:

Total Loss: 2 lbs.
Goal Weight: 200 lbs.
Goal Date: 8/11/12

Dinner Plan for the week:

Monday: Chicken Stir Fry w/ Rice

Tuesday: Out of town for business
Wednesday: Out of town for business
Thursday: Sausage w/ Peppers and Onions
Friday: Shrimp w/ Rice
Saturday: Slow Cooker Chili

Exercise Plan for the week:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Wii Fit
Tuesday: Gym
Wednesday: Gym
Thursday: Wii Fit
Friday: Gym
Saturday: Rest


No loss this week, and no worries about it either! I didn't eat very well over the weekend, so this is no surprise to me! I am leaving for a business trip tomorrow afternoon and will not be back home until Thursday evening. I am bringing my sister along with me on this business trip, so hopefully she will help me stay motivated to go to the gym and help me pick healthy choices while dining out these next few nights!
