Big Bridesmaid Challenge Update - Week 3

The Plan:

I'm going to set weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

The Terms and Conditions:

~ Weigh-in's will be every Sunday morning
~ Dinner plans are to be posted for each week
~ Exercise plans are to be posted for each week

Weekly Weigh-In:

Start Date: 1/11/12
Starting Weight: 245 lbs.
Current Date: 1/29/12
Current Weight: 248 lbs (+5 lbs from last week)
Total Loss: 0 lbs.
Goal Weight: 200 lbs.
Goal Date: 8/11/12
Pounds to Goal: 45 lbs.


I ate a lot while on my business trip last week and that didn't stop once I got home from it, either. I gained 5 lbs. this week and while I am a little disappointed in myself, I am not going to give up! This is what this journey is all about. We will all "fall" from time to time, may it be a big fall or a small one, the most important thing is that we pick ourselves back up and keep moving on! That's exactly what I'm going to do!

Dinner Plan for the Week:

Sunday: Tomato Mozzarella on Caibatta
Monday: Shrimp w/ Rice and Broccoli
Tuesday: Chicken w/ Fresh Veggies
Wednesday: Steak w/ Potatoes and Green Beans
Thursday: Chicken Sausage w/ Fresh Veggies
Friday: Slow Cooker Chili
Saturday: Pineapple Pork over Rice

Monday: Wii Fit
Tuesday: Gym
Wednesday: Wii Fit
Thursday: Gym
Friday: Wii Fit
Saturday: Rest
