I'm setting weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

Monday: Farfalle with Mushrooms and Spinach

Friday: Veggie Pizza on Whole Wheat Crust
Saturday: White Chicken Chili

Recap of the week:
This past week was good; I reached a total of 35 pounds lost! I was a little surprised since I only went for two walks and didn't go to the gym as scheduled. Regardless, I lost weight! I am still going to stay away from the gym for today and tomorrow; I have been so drained with my MS related fatigue that I don't want to push myself too far.
