Weekend Re-Cap:
Finally! A good loss! I am down 3 pounds from last week. I knew what I had to do to lose weight, I just had to do it. Blogging daily, following my exercise and meal plans; that's what it's all about! I stuck to my exercise and meal goals for the week and I was rewarded with a 3 pound loss!
I tried something new this past week. I am new to the wonderful world of Lara Bar's and I have only tried 4 diferent flavors, so far. I tried two new flavors this past week. Here is what I have learned:
Peanut Butter Cookie - Not so good
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip - Amazing!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip is officially my new favorite flavor. Cookie Dough is runner up, followed by Pecan Pie. I am looking forward to trying the other flavors and will update my reviews on them when I do!
