Big Bridesmaid Challenge Update - Week 29
The Plan:
I'm setting weekly goals/plans for myself until August 11th. That is the date of my best friend's wedding and I want to feel good about myself in my bridesmaid dress!

Current Weight: 234 lbs (+2 lbs from last week)
Total Loss: 11 lbs.
Goal Weight: 230 lbs.
Goal Date: 8/11/12
Pounds to Goal: 4 lbs.
Dinner Plan for the Week:
Monday: Summer Vegetables with Sausage and Potatoes
Tuesday: Salmon with Broccoli and Rice
Wednesday: Steak with Grilled Vegetables
Thursday: Butter Garlic Shrimp over Noodles
Friday: Veggie Pizzas
Saturday: Salsa Con Queso Chicken
Exercise Plan for the Week:
Monday: Workout
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Workout
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Workout
Since my friend's wedding is coming up fast (next weekend) I have amended my goal weight, again. I want to reach 230 by the wedding. That's 4 pounds in two weeks. Totally doable!
