This weekend, my husband and I did a few projects around the house. Actually, I probably shouldn't say "we". I mostly layed on the bed with the pups all day and watched him work as he made a light fixture, hung an old window above our headboard, hung our flat screen tv, and made shelves in the bedroom. I didn't help much but I was doing really well at cheering him on!
I didn't make or follow a workout plan this week, but it's never too late to start! I am still just hanging around 230 lbs. and I can't wait to make my official breakthrough in to the 220's! It will most likely not happen this week since I haven't been in the gym and I haven't been eating the best, but I am not giving up!
Today is a new day and it will be great!
My plan for the day:
Breakfast: Egg and Cheese Muffin
A.M. Snack: Pudding
Lunch: Soup and Salad
P.M. Snack: Fruit Snacks
Dinner: Chicken Salad
Gym or Wii Fit after work.

Im challenging myself to not go to the gym... I think I will win this challenge... haha.
