My husband and I had a lot of time to relax this weekend. We also had time for fun! We went bowling on Saturday with family, and I went shopping with my sister and cousin on Sunday. After I got back from "fun" shopping, I went out to go grocery shopping.
I was excited to see cantaloupe on sale this week. It's been a while since I've had cantaloupe in the mix for my daily snacks at work!

I have had some struggles in March, and some success. I seem to either have a really great week following my meal plan, or a really great week with following my exercise plan. This week, my goal is to follow both plans!
Last night, with the help of my George Foreman Grill, I made buffalo chicken salad for dinner. The buffalo mixture I use is so delicious. I just can't get enough! I had to portion it out for myself and my husband, that way we didn't go overboard with the stuff.
This morning, I put a roast in the crock pot and covered it with pepperoncinis. The house always smells so delicious after a day of that mixture cooking, so I am really looking forward to getting home for dinner tonight! Before I dig in, though, I am planning on getting my cardio in for the night. I always have a better chance of doing my cardio, if I get it done before dinner.
When is your favorite time to do cardio?
What's for dinner tonight?
I have found with my schedule the best way for me to get a run in is to run in the morning before work. I don't love it, especially the first ten minutes after I wake up.
ReplyDeleteThat salad looks awesome. We like to make buffalo chicken lettuce wraps.
