Seriously Try this Recipe

I know that I've said this before, but I can't say it enough. If you haven't tried this recipe yet, you must!

Pepperoncini pot roast was a hit for dinner, again! It's so simple, too. The recipe include a jar of pepperoncinis and a roast. Cook on low for 8 hours, and it's done!

My main goal for this week is to follow both my dinner and exercise plans for the week. My goal was definitely met for Monday. I made pepperoncini pot roast for dinner and did my cardio as scheduled.

I had to do a quick workout because my foot was extremely painful. I had to do intervals of running and walking and only lasted about 20 minutes.

.25 miles at 5.5 mph
.25 miles at 3 mph
.25 miles at 5.5 mph
.25 miles at 3 mph
walk until 20 minutes have elapsed

Thankfully, I am going to see a podiatrist after work today. I am looking forward to finding out the cause of this pain. My best guess is plantar fasciitis. My worst nightmare would be a bone spur.

Since I have had to wait a couple weeks for this appointment, some things that have been helping me function include stretching, ice and this magical thing called the Oh Ball. I plan on giving a full review of the Oh Ball, soon! After only 10 minutes of using the Oh Ball, my foot feels better. It's truly wonderful.

Have you ever tried the Oh Ball?
What's your favorite way to make pot roast?
