Mini Turkey Meatloaf

I finally did it. Tonight I made turkey meatloaf for the first time. And let me tell you, it was amazing! I don't think I'll ever go back to ground beef meatloaf. Okay, maybe one day; but not for a while!

I made two mini meatloaf's with this recipe because my husband is back to night class two nights per week, and these will make good leftovers for him to take for dinner.

Mini Turkey Meatloaf

Serves 4

1 package ground turkey (20 ounces)
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3/4 cup dried onions
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. worcestershire
1 egg
sprinkles of salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees (or 350 depending on your oven).

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix with a spoon (or your hand). Separate meat mixture in half. Pack the meat mixture into two small loaves. Bake in greased pans for about an hour. Top with extra catsup, if desired.

We desired.
