March 2015 Challenge: Round-up

My March Challenge has come to an end. It's time to see what progress was made!

March Challenge

- Post weekly dinner plans (DONE!)
- Post a new goal for each week (DONE!)
- Post weekly weight stats (DONE!)

Weigh-in's of the month:

Week One Weigh-In: 233 lbs.
Week Two Weigh-In: 232.8 lbs.
Week Three Weigh-In: 229.8 lbs.
Week Four Weigh-In: 230 lbs.
Final Weigh-In: 228.5 lbs.

Total loss: 4.5 lbs!

I am really proud of myself for making goals and sticking to them for the entire month of March! I lost 4.5 lbs. this month just by posting weekly dinner plans, working toward a new goal each week, and by posting my weigh-in's!

The different goals that I worked toward this month included:

Drink 120 oz. of Water Each Day
Taking Pictures of My Meals
Sticking to Weekly Meal Plans
Working out while Taking Baby Steps
Staying with Calorie Range

Now that I'm finished with my challenge for March, it's time to start thinking of a challenge for April. I love to challenge myself; it helps to keep me motivated toward reaching my weight loss goals!
