March 2015 Challenge: Week Four

We're on to the fourth week of my March Challenge, but first, a recap of the third!

March Challenge

- Post weekly dinner plans
- Post a new goal for each week
- Post weekly weight stats

My goal for the third week of March was to exercise for thirty minutes, three times. I'm happy to say that I accomplished my goal! I walked on the treadmill for thirty minutes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I'm glad that I followed my tip from last Tuesday and started my exercise routine with baby steps. Just thirty minutes of speed walking had me working up a sweat!

Here are the plans for the final week of my March challenge:

Dinner Plans: 3/15 - 3/21

Sunday: Roast with Potatoes
Monday: Tuna Melts
Tuesday: Fish with Salad
Wednesday: Pork with Potatoes and Veggies
Thursday: Chicken Salad
Friday: Fish and Veggies
Saturday: Homemade Pizza

This Week's Goal: 

Stay within calorie range of 1,310-1,660 for at least 5 days this week.

Weight Stats:

Week One Weigh-In: 233 lbs.
Week Two Weigh-In: 232.8 lbs.
Week Three Weigh-In: 229.8 lbs.
Week Four Weigh-In: 230 lbs.

No weight loss this week, but I think it's due in part to me catching a cold toward the end of the week. I have been eating a lot of ice cream these past couple days to try and numb my sore throat.

As for the week ahead, I have to admit, I am nervous about my new goal of staying within a calorie range of 1,310-1,660 for at least 5 days. Every once in a while, I like to make a goal that scares me a bit. I hope I can stick to it!
