Easy Raspberry Curry Sauce

I have a super easy raspberry curry sauce to share with you all today. I am currently obsessed with this combination and it only takes 3 ingredients to make! So far I have used this sauce on tilapia, salmon, chicken, and salad. I am loving it!

Raspberry Curry Sauce

2 tbsp. Raspberry Jelly
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. Green Curry Paste

Mix it all together and enjoy. So simple, so good and only 86 calories!

As part of my April Challenge, I made it a goal to try 5 new recipes. This sauce is just one of them. Stay tuned for more to come!

Weekly Weigh-in's: 
Week One: 228.5 lbs.
Week Two: 230 lbs. (darn you, Easter candy!)

My weight is temporarily up this week, due to a few run-in's with some Easter candy. Don't worry, all. I made sure to eat all the chocolate within three days. Not the healthiest way to deal with the situation, but it happened. Good thing there wasn't much chocolate in my mostly-healthy Easter basket this year. The chocolate temptation is gone and I can move on, now! Hallelujah and Amen.

  1. This sounds really good! I might try it out but with strawberry cause that's what I already have :)
